When we are in the peak of health we have that wonderful feeling of ease within ourselves and in the world. We are relaxed, we think clearly, we have energy, vitality, joy and a sense of purpose. We can make effort, effortlessly to achieve our goals without stress or struggle. We are flexible in our minds as well as our bodies. We are in the flow, the 'Zone', the Tao of life!

The true aim of the therapist is to help guide us towards that state of balance and ease of being, where we function at our best, on every level, and our body can naturally heal and repair itself.

Yoga, shiatsu bodywork and hypnosis combine therapy for the body and the mind - both as treatment and ultimately as tools and techniques you can learn for yourself. Thus the sessions can be considered as something of a journey of exploration that we undertake together, discovering what works best for each individual and compiling a personal wellness 'toolkit' which you then have for the rest of your life.
